The Investment Art Room is monitored by a Vesda Smoke Detection System and an Inert Gas Fire Suppression System (##)
which replaces the need for a water fire sprinkler system. The
replacement removes any risk of water damage that occurs in the event a
sprinkler system is activated.
The Room has:

All paintings can be secured with highly visible tamper evident seals
Each seal is individually numbered
All paintings can be individually bar-coded
Individual painting carriages are lockable
Paintings can be stored in the painting facility either on a monthly or yearly basis.
Total prices for paintings and fine art will be supplied upon application.
This will depend on size of individual items and the quantity to be stored.
Insurance for items can be arranged through other service providers if this service is required.

Useful Information
There is one specially designed viewing room provided for private
visual appreciation of your stored paintings or fine art collections in
close proximity.
## Inert Gas is used as a fire suppression agent that is activated when
smoke or fire is detected. The gas reduces the oxygen from the air in
the area monitored and thereby starves the fire and extinguishes it
without any messy residue or water being used, which would normally
damage paintings and other contents in the specified area.
This system TOTALLY REMOVES the possibility of water damage caused by an activated Fire Sprinkler System.
